This Love Triangle matters for a WIN - WIN now

Any business in order to thrive now has to necessarily look at how they can pitch themselves to be one up during this pandemic and scale up to be able to breathe . The crisis has left many a business house in shambles. But the crux of the situation lies in finding the crucial silver lining : a 'fine' gap that exists between CSR - Sales & Marketing - CORONA which one has to capitalize upon for a win-win situation. One has to delightfully cross- pollinate “closer to life” and view the “larger than life” perspectives to be able to strike a perfect balance to fructify and emerge valiant with the plethora of Social Media at one's disposal today. India must seize new opportunities. A land that is steeped in spiritual values has to be a cut above the rest. Our Companies must also think on those lines to trigger the concept of this Trio-love-triangle.

Linking one's Sales & Marketing strategy to CSR and Covid is predominant now and shall rule the roost until death do us apart. Entrepreneurs and business establishments alike are figuring out ways to embark on something new with their branding teams which would prove to be a game changer. The horrors witnessed during the pandemic are beyond what nightmares could conjure. With uncertainty looming large and many jobs gone, there is a state of stillness and sadness pervading the atmosphere, so appalling to say the least. 'A miscalculation somewhere', is what seeps in on the minds of many. But alas, no. There are no mistakes or miscalculations when it comes to Mother Nature. Man, as an evolved species has been given adequate time to change his flippant, careless, pseudo attitudes to allow for peaceful co-existence but humanity did not heed. Humanity went ruthlessly to dismiss anything callously and there's no denying that. We miscalculated the Supreme power of Nature and are now paying the penalty for it as a race.

We virtually 'experience' what it means to suffer a lot when we lose a dear one due to Corona. Whether it is friends, kith and kin, or even anyone we don’t know we are devastated as it is human fraternity at a huge loss. Invariably it is very good souls leaving us at this juncture and we are unable to withstand the pain and agony that we are confronted with. This is a golden chance for us to look back on our cruel actions --- we reap what we sow.  Nature does not allow and sit quietly when we turn violent. The fist of fury attacks and can wipe out the entire human race, if we still do not heed Nature and turn to be compassionate towards all beings.  What actions we perform rebounds on us.

It is the turn of Corporate houses to undo the wrong doing in a massive way by their benevolent actions. Better late than never. Business houses can scale up to be role models. Linking their CSR activities to their promotions is advisable to stay put in the ring and rising to the occasion to play a commendable part now rests solely in their hands. The onus of responsibility now lies in the business segments. A game change can happen with abundant grace and ethos , if the love-triangle aspect is pondered upon to ethically move ground to educate the masses on awareness of Covid and the consequences of averting yet another impending wave of disaster can be minimal. Go beyond masks , Social distancing , Sanitizing ... these three have been spelt out for long, IN VAIN. Your pitch has to be something more to sustain !

Whilst the Govt. of India and the local governing bodies can do their bit, the audacity to complain has to stop and civic consciousness has to improve. To cite an example: There are family members complaining about food whilst the women at home are figuring out ways to make the children eat. WHY? If they can't make the food themselves, they necessarily have to eat what is laid out on the dining table. No two ways on that. It's NOT the responsibility of the woman at home to ensure that her family is eating healthy. The society conveniently puts the onus on the ladies of the house. But it's not so. Cooking is a life skill & eating healthy is a personal choice... The homemaker is doing a favor by cooking for the family. So don't entertain complaining/not eating. If they need it in a specific way, let them make & eat.

Similarly , when awareness is projected and the threads are laid bare, it is up to the individual to take an effective call which can either jeopardize his life or be the saving grace. This has to be emphatically expressed by business houses in order to trickle to every member at home including the maids, drivers, watchmen, etc., so that effectiveness is meted out and the entire fraternity gains. It is akin to the trickling down factor of molten chocolate as in a Treacle Chocolate pudding, visualized to get the desired impact. Govt alone can't do wonders. A collaborated effort on the part of business establishments can impact the society. Here is your chance to demonstrate your business skills to intertwine the trio , articulate delightfully to cross pollinate "closer to life situations " and be able to view the "larger than life perspectives" to be an outstanding brand that is one up and a cut above the rest. ( this holds true even if it is a start -up company ) . The choice rests with you and none else. BE a leader to change life scenario. Let you mantra evolve around the Trio -triangle ideology to bounce a bouncer that is best left untouched by rivals.
